Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature development from scoping through production.
- Craft polished, intuitive product experiences with strong attention to UX details.
- Architect and scale core infrastructure for reliability and performance.
- Address technical debt, scalability concerns, architecture, and new feature development holistically.
- Work closely with customers to shape the product and provide relationship-oriented support.
- Drive work proactively with urgency and raise the bar through code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Ruby, and JavaScript.
- Strong full-stack capabilities across backend infrastructure and front-end experiences.
- Experience or familiarity with Hotwire, ViewComponents, Tailwind, or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Strong product instinct, systems thinking, and attention to user experience, performance, reliability, security, and quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative, ownership-oriented, action-oriented approach with the ability to influence and elevate teammates.
