Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of custom applications.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and subject-matter expert.
- Manage and mentor team members, make team decisions, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Provide solutions for complex problems across immediate and multiple teams.
- Oversee architectural standards, best practices, and alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce applications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models related to Salesforce environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
