Base Salary
$116k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own small- to medium-scale software products or subsystems of complex implementations.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Influence application solution architecture and own software designs across the product team.
- Build and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery capabilities aligned with enterprise DevOps practices.
- Make team-level decisions about development and pipeline tools.
- Define and govern software engineering practices, including source code management, branching, issue tracking, code quality, automated testing, and environment management.
- Provide technical leadership for hiring, mentoring, team culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support infrastructure architecture, configuration, technical documentation review, root-cause problem solving, and quality governance.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience.
- Experience with service design patterns, APIs, UI/UX frameworks, software packaging, artifact management, infrastructure architecture, and configuration.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code using AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise CI/CD solutions and software delivery pipelines.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native application development.
- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical, customer-facing platforms.
- Experience with contact center technologies such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE CXone, or Five9 is preferred.
- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or Amazon Connect are preferred.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
