Base Salary
$85k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors and other talent management and learning applications according to user and business requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy application fixes, updates, version releases, and product implementations.
- Provide application support, business consultation, user communication, and resolution of incident tickets and requests.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business partners, and vendors to align configurations with standards and project goals.
- Manage software vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience; 3 or more years is typically expected.
- Experience with talent and learning applications such as Perceptyx, Korn Ferry, or other talent assessment and learning and development technology solutions is preferred.
- SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning module certifications and/or experience are preferred.
- Applicants must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States without current or future sponsorship, transfer, or immigration support from Cargill.
Benefits
- Expected base salary is $85,000-$100,000 per year, with eligibility for a discretionary incentive award.
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accrues at one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
- The position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
