Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain Icertis CLM software solutions.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for software validation.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance improvements.
- Document software solutions, project specifications, activities, status, reports, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, systems analysts, project managers, and clients.
- Provide status reporting, gather client clarifications and feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Ensure code quality, error-free implementation, adherence to release plans, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience with Icertis CLM.
- Ability to understand software requirements, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Experience with software development, coding, testing, debugging, validation, and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, flowcharts, and clear code comments.
- Strong customer communication, issue tracking, reporting, and collaboration capabilities.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
