Base Salary
$210k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of front-end solutions for our SaaS product.
- Work with designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience.
- Optimize the front-end for performance and accessibility.
- Integrate with open-source solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software components as necessary.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure software performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Mentor junior front-end developers.
- Review code contributions from external contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a front-end developer.
- Strong experience with modern web development frameworks (Next.js & React preferred).
- Strong understanding of CSS.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript (Typescript preferred).
- Experience with architecting and designing scalable and performant front-end solutions.
- Experience with testing and debugging tools (Jest, Cypress preferred).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on product development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
