Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, scalable software systems with engineers, product managers, designers, and client teams.
- Own software development from system design and implementation through testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop solutions involving distributed systems, APIs, data, and user-facing applications.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools and build AI-powered features for clients.
- Work directly within client teams to solve business and technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of software engineering experience after graduation.
- Proficiency in some of C++, Java with Spring Boot, Python with FastAPI or Django, AWS, GCP, Azure, and SQL.
- Experience using AI coding assistants or agents and integrating AI or LLM capabilities into products.
- Fluent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and curiosity about multiple industries and technologies.
- Based in Toronto and legally eligible to work in Ontario, Canada.
