Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate AvePoint solutions to business and technical users.
- Facilitate solution discovery, solution overview, and technical deep-dive sessions with customers.
- Build customer-specific proof-of-concept environments to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Write and contribute to RFI/RFP proposals.
- Represent customer requirements to product management and support product improvements.
- Develop relationships with customer business and technical advocates to drive long-term solution adoption.
- Develop customers’ buying vision and support value-based deal closure.
- Support marketing through product demonstrations, workshops, and white papers.
Requirements
- Proven success in a customer-facing pre-sales role proposing software solutions across customer organizations.
- 5–10+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, including complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to engage IT stakeholders and address interoperability and differentiation concerns involving enterprise systems.
- Strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a sales-oriented approach to facilitate deal closure.
- Strong presentation skills for technical and business audiences of varying sizes and levels.
- Ability to rapidly understand and organize complex business and technical requirements and customer use cases.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification is preferred or may be obtained with company support.
