Base Salary
$130k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features end-to-end as a member of a Pod.
- Develop APIs and integrate with external services and databases.
- Build front-end interfaces focusing on user experience and accessibility.
- Design and implement AI-powered features to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to scope and tradeoff decisions alongside your Pod Lead.
- Optimize application performance through caching and efficient algorithms.
- Write thorough unit and integration tests for quality assurance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Share production support responsibility on a rotating basis.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and full-stack technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Ability to diagnose and debug complex issues.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI developer tools.
- Familiarity with integrating AI or ML capabilities into web applications is a plus.
