Base Salary

$73k - $174k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define performance baselines, KPIs, SLAs, and system health metrics.
  • Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across Teamcenter environments.
  • Analyze Teamcenter transactions including login, search, BOM expansion, downloads, workflow processing, and visualization operations.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, storage, database, network, and operating-system layers.
  • Lead architecture reviews, performance assessments, capacity planning, and scalability improvement roadmaps.
  • Develop monitoring thresholds, alerts, trend analysis, dashboards, and operational runbooks.
  • Lead complex root cause analyses, publish RCA reports, recommend preventive actions, and drive recurring issue resolution.
  • Recommend infrastructure and configuration improvements supporting high availability, disaster recovery, load balancing, and system responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in enterprise Teamcenter 2-tier, 4-tier, and web architectures and large-scale PLM deployments.
  • Experience with Active Workspace, Enterprise Tier, web tier, FSC/FMS, Dispatcher, Multi-Site, BMIDE, security models, TEM, and Deployment Center.
  • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, patching, environment refreshes, and platform optimization.
  • Expertise in performance baselining, SLA/KPI definition, load and scalability testing, transaction analysis, bottleneck isolation, capacity planning, and sizing.
  • Experience with Teamcenter Performance Monitor, synthetic transactions, Nagios, Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, JMX, process and service health monitoring, and log correlation.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL tuning, execution plans, AWR/ASH, database statistics, Tomcat, WebSphere, connection pools, and JVM analysis.
  • Experience diagnosing Linux and Windows performance, CPU, memory, disk I/O, storage latency, network performance, high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional performance investigations across Teamcenter, databases, storage, networks, and operating systems and produce RCA documentation.
