Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tools using C#/Blazor or Python.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery, code quality, developer productivity, and operational visibility.
- Implement secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions supporting enterprise compliance and engineering workflows.
- Evaluate and adopt modern DevOps and full-stack practices.
- Support identity and access management integrations, including SSO, RBAC, and audit logging.
Requirements
- Typically requires 8+ years of professional software engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining internal web applications with C#/Blazor and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, GitHub, Artifactory, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and SonarQube.
- Understanding of secure software development, system integration, and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Preferred experience includes DoD, defense, or government contractor software development.
- Preferred familiarity with NIST 800-218 (SSDF), DevSecOps, Terraform, Bicep, static and dynamic analysis, artifact attestation, and enterprise identity and access management.
- Preferred proficiency with Blazor Server/WebAssembly and Python for secure development workflow tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and continuous-improvement skills.
