Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive automation and infrastructure as code to eliminate operational toil.
- Optimize performance and infrastructure by tuning cloud deployments.
- Elevate developer experience through improvements in software delivery systems.
- Collaborate with service owners to enhance build/test/deploy processes.
- Create and maintain centralized tooling for the engineering lifecycle.
- Debug and harden systems to improve robustness and operability.
- Participate in design reviews, contributing expertise on security and scalability.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code for integration with third-party vendors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions.
- Strong incident management skills and critical thinking under pressure.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
