Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.
- Troubleshoot and optimize marketing cloud campaigns and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and code changes.
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist junior team members with guidance and support.
- Work independently and develop into a subject-matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
- Experience developing and deploying custom Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions is required.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources is required.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation in marketing cloud contexts is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
