Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Customize Salesforce applications and develop integrations with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
