Responsibilities
- Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software early.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices for software deployment.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive, supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and Kafka.
- Experience with Thought Machine or Core Bancarios 4ta Generación.
- Bonus points for certification in Thought Machine.
- Comfortable with Object-Oriented technology.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous.
- Knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement in various technical areas.
