Base Salary
$85k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, integrate, and sustain software components using C++ and/or Python.
- Support the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and sustainment.
- Develop and maintain software interfaces, services, and data-processing capabilities for mission applications.
- Troubleshoot software defects and support integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Apply secure software-development practices and comply with program security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, graduate degree and two years of related experience, or eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
- Proficiency with C++ and/or Python and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Experience with object-oriented design, debugging, software integration, source control, and automated testing.
- Preferred experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, AWS, containers, Kubernetes, continuous software delivery, image processing, remote sensing, and geospatial applications.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
