
Salesforce Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce AI capabilities.
- Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments.
- Lead technical design sessions, document architectures, and identify gaps between current and desired states.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects and delivery methodologies.
- Lead code reviews, define coding standards, and ensure appropriate design patterns and code quality.
- Manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate AI performance, scalability, and business ROI.
- Debug issues, interpret system logs, and isolate performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in presales discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development when needed.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support customer implementations.
- Travel to client sites approximately 50–75% of the time.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent proven experience is required.
- 9–14 years of CRM experience, including a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds, plus Agentforce architecture.
- Experience designing scalable, performance-driven systems and evaluating AI architecture scaling and load limits.
- Knowledge of design patterns, large data volume limitations, data distribution, data skew risks, data sharing, and visibility considerations.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and OAuth authentication patterns and secure configuration.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with business systems such as ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce platform security capabilities including TLS and SSL.
- Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-to-target-state gaps, and delivering solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Strong background designing and developing large web-based systems or experience across the complete software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
