Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally to understand GTM processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for automating GTM workflows.
- Leverage tools and build custom solutions using APIs and coding.
- Own projects from experimentation to implementation and training.
- Track performance, adoption, and ROI of new systems.
- Continuously experiment with tools to push GTM innovation.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
- Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical or operations role with workflow automation experience.
- Experience with APIs and webhooks for data integration.
- Proven ability to take projects from 0 to 1.
- Curious and scrappy builder who thrives in ambiguity.
- Strong interest in AI systems.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset to track ROI and system performance.
- Hands-on experience with GTM processes.
