Base Salary
$100k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze GTM processes and identify opportunities to apply AI for workflow automation or augmentation.
- Use Clay, Attention, Zapier, APIs, Python, JavaScript, and/or Google Apps Scripts to build workflow solutions.
- Own projects from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, and training.
- Track system performance, adoption, and ROI and iterate based on results.
- Experiment with emerging tools and approaches to advance GTM innovation.
- Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
- Help attract top-tier talent to the team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a technical or operations role involving workflow improvement or automation with code and low-code/no-code tools.
- Practical experience moving data across systems through APIs and webhooks.
- Ability to take projects from experimentation and prototyping through rollout and adoption.
- Experience with and strong interest in AI systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to track ROI, adoption, and system performance.
- Hands-on experience with or deep empathy for sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, or recruiting processes.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL is preferred.
- Admin-level experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, or Outreach is preferred.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
