Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows that automate business processes, reporting, decision support, and operational tasks.
- Build intelligent automation solutions using orchestration frameworks such as n8n, Microsoft Power Platform, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and CrewAI.
- Implement RAG solutions and integrate generative AI services with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, reporting platforms, and business applications.
- Design executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, automated reporting pipelines, and AI-assisted reporting capabilities using Power BI.
- Develop and optimize ELT pipelines and scalable data architectures for AI workflows, automation platforms, reporting systems, and knowledge repositories.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI, security, validation, monitoring, reliability, and compliance practices.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders, lead architecture discussions, mentor developers and analysts, and support adoption through training and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, automation development, enterprise integrations, business intelligence, data engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation solutions, or agentic workflows in enterprise environments.
- Advanced Python and SQL development skills, including automation scripting, APIs, data processing, extraction, transformation, validation, and integration.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, context management, tool integration, agent memory, and multi-step agent execution.
- Experience with n8n, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar workflow platforms.
- Experience integrating Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot technologies, AWS AI services, or comparable platforms.
- Strong Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, executive reporting, and KPI frameworks.
- Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and flat files.
- Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience with Git or similar version control tools, AI governance, prompt security, output validation, responsible AI, and enterprise deployment standards.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise Copilot implementations, autonomous or multi-agent systems, Microsoft 365 automation, SAP integration, business process automation, and AI-enabled knowledge management.
- Exposure to traditional machine learning use cases such as anomaly detection, forecasting, classification, clustering, or regression is a plus.
