Base Salary

$114k - $127k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Network Planning users to design, build, enhance, and maintain applications and tools for scheduling, route planning, and optimization.
  • Own applications and data products end to end, including enhancements, performance improvements, troubleshooting, and production optimization.
  • Translate business workflows into scalable dashboards, automation tools, internal applications, and data systems.
  • Build and manage AWS data pipelines using S3, Glue, Redshift, and Step Functions for planning and forecasting.
  • Integrate Network Planning systems and outputs, including SkyWORKS, SSIM, and PDD.
  • Support the scheduling lifecycle from creation and validation through distribution.
  • Automate regression testing, validation, and release processes.
  • Use AI and GenAI tools, including Copilot and agentic workflows, to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Network Planning, Data Science, Technology teams, and business stakeholders while documenting systems and identifying efficiency improvements.
  • Lead projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and train junior team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Advanced, seasoned, and specialized experience with SQL, Tableau, machine learning basics, or cloud analytics is required.
  • Experience using Python for data processing, automation, analytical workflows, and reusable production analytics scripts is required.
  • Experience handling multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing work is required.
  • Intermediate experience in software engineering and system development is required.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or SQL, is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration abilities are required.
  • Preferred qualifications include experienced cloud development and hands-on implementation of DevOps practices.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
