Base Salary
$127k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain requirements, architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for high-performance command-and-control software.
- Lead software development activities in a scaled Agile and DevSecOps environment and integrate completed components into functional software systems.
- Present development progress to customer representatives and program or IPT leadership.
- Perform Product Owner, Technical Lead, Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, and/or Integration and Test Lead activities.
- Support development and integration scheduling and management of the program cost baseline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of software development experience for space systems and ground segments involving command, control, mission planning, and data processing.
- At least 5 years of software development lifecycle experience, including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing.
- At least 3 years of experience leading software development projects.
- At least 3 years of software development experience using Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with Agile software development and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required by the U.S. Government.
- Preferred qualifications include 9 or more years of related experience for Level 4, an active TS/SCI or DoD Top Secret clearance, C2 and real-time systems experience, database, messaging, streaming, containerization, Kubernetes, GitLab pipeline, and formal acceptance-testing experience.
