Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive core product domains for Manufacturing Execution, Supply Chain, Finance, Parts Traceability, and Inventory.
- Stabilize essential services to achieve 99.9% uptime and reduce manual interventions by over 50%.
- Define APIs, data models, and service boundaries while prioritizing observability.
- Build resilient integrations between digital services and physical hardware tooling.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain high-availability services and lead incident responses.
- Prototype workflows on the shop floor and drive the adoption of new operational tools.
- Mentor peers and refine CI/CD and automated testing practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining full-stack production systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of user needs and ability to design pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to break down ambiguous operational problems and deliver software that improves processes.
- Proficiency in modern technology stack including Python, Go, PostgreSQL, React, Kafka, gRPC, AWS, Grafana, and Honeycomb.
- Experience in defining service health metrics and reliability goals.
- Track record of shipping high-impact features that reduce manual intervention.
- Willingness to work on-site regularly and travel up to 15% annually.
