Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on infrastructure and network-focused projects.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- At least 8 years of programming experience in C++ or Go.
- At least 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- At least 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience with C++, networking, network infrastructure, data center networking, system architecture, and network management systems.
