Base Salary

$85k - $93k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise implementations of ZoomInfo solutions within customer systems.
  • Provide strategic technical consultation to C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventive measures.
  • Document and escalate product defects and enhancement opportunities to Product Development and Engineering.
  • Train, mentor, and coach Level One and Level Two Implementation Managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Support, QA Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering on complex client scenarios.
  • Lead technical discussions involving email protocols, OAuth/SSO setup, data transformations, CRM workflows, automation frameworks, and enterprise process design.
  • Improve implementation processes, tools, methodologies, and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM, marketing automation implementation, and/or sales acceleration platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms and demonstrated ability to architect complex, multi-system integrations.
  • Advanced Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing high-value enterprise client relationships, leading client workshops, and conducting technical discovery sessions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, systems thinking, advanced troubleshooting, and solving sophisticated integration issues.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation, training materials, presentations, and executive discussions.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and facilitating technical discussions.
  • Experience developing best practices, standards, quality assurance frameworks, and implementation methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
  • Familiarity with data governance, SOC 2, GDPR, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
