Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work alongside CxOs at leading NBFIs and FIs to deploy and integrate Krew’s platform.
- Support change management and PMO objectives.
- Develop software integrations with partners.
- Ship user-facing features end-to-end from data model through API and UI.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and risk/compliance teams to ship safe, compliant features.
- Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design and code review discussions.
- Help evolve engineering standards and the product development process.
Requirements
- Internship or full-time experience in full-stack or backend engineering.
- Internship or full-time experience in investment banking or consulting.
- BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or another quantitative science.
- Experience with backend development using Python or Go.
- Strong code quality habits, including testing, reviews, and documentation, along with a product mindset.
- Experience in FinTech, risk management, compliance, LLM/AI-powered products, event-driven systems, or data pipelines is preferred.
- Experience at Palantir, a tier-one investment bank, or a tier-one consulting firm is preferred; founding experience is a bonus.
