Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clean, readable, and trustworthy Java code.
- Help shape solutions alongside product, UX, and other developers.
- Own features and technical problems from initial understanding through production.
- Make pragmatic decisions balancing immediate needs with long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate clearly with teammates and other teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Java and its ecosystem.
- Solid fundamentals in testing, version control, CI/CD, and how software runs in production.
- Experience with some of Spring, Maven or Gradle, SQL, and GitLab.
- Ability to understand the underlying problem, ask why, communicate clearly, and make pragmatic technical trade-offs.
