Responsibilities
- Develop distributed orchestration and scheduling for service deployment and machine learning training and inference tasks.
- Optimize global allocation rates and resource-operation efficiency across CPU, GPU, heterogeneous hardware, and training data.
- Develop training-related capabilities such as incremental training and online-learning APIs.
- Improve offline-to-online synchronization, data consistency, model-update timeliness, and traffic scheduling for heterogeneous resources.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in computing or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Go or Python, in Linux, with strong coding skills and programming habits.
- Familiarity with distributed system principles and open-source distributed scheduling frameworks.
- Strong responsibility, learning, communication, and self-motivation skills, with the ability to respond and act quickly.
- Preferred: experience with machine learning systems and open-source ML orchestration frameworks such as Ray, TFX, or Kubeflow.
- Must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year and state availability and graduation date on the resume.
