Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based backend and AI solutions for business application consulting engagements.
- Build and integrate APIs using FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, WebSockets, streaming responses, authentication, authorization, RBAC, rate limiting, API gateways, and caching.
- Design and implement microservices and distributed systems.
- Deliver solutions using Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud environments.
- Work with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure AI Search.
- Integrate asynchronous APIs, vector databases, SQL and NoSQL databases, and Python ORM tools.
- Implement RAG solutions using relevant Python libraries and frameworks.
- Support client software implementation, integration, training, and operational use of business applications.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong, mandatory expertise in Python.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask backend frameworks.
- Experience with microservices and distributed system design.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience delivering solutions in Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure AI Search/Cognitive Search.
- Experience with Python libraries including requests, httpx, asyncio, pydantic, dataclasses, SQLAlchemy, pytest, logging, pandas, NumPy, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Experience with asynchronous API integration, vector database integration, RAG, and SQL/NoSQL database integration using Python ORM.
- Knowledge of API security and access controls, including authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
- Required education includes BE/B.Tech, MBA, or MCA.
- Required skills include DevOps and SRE observability.
