Responsibilities
- Gather customer business use cases and document product-based requirements with recommended solution designs.
- Educate customers and partners on product architecture, functional design, and best practices.
- Assist with scoping, analysis, and documentation for implementation projects.
- Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
- Help implementation team members design solutions to complex problems.
- Assist with technical solution delivery through written code or complex configuration.
- Serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor to customers, partners, and less experienced team members.
Requirements
- Require 7–10+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm.
- Require 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint, Identity and Access Management, and enterprise software implementation experience.
- Require experience in software development, implementation, and configuration.
- Require excellent communication skills and extensive direct experience with clients and partners.
- Require strong customer-facing consultative experience.
- Require experience with some of XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, Windows and Unix platforms, relational or NoSQL databases, directories, Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Node.js, enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, or front-end technologies.
- Prefer familiarity with other identity governance vendors, AI and machine learning concepts, role-based access controls, and least-privileged access models.
- Prefer experience with project management, quality assurance, security software, or IT audit duties.
- Require a Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
- J2EE or CISSP certification is a plus, and SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect certification is expected within 12 months of hire.
- Require willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.
