Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools for agent configuration, troubleshooting, external integrations, and direct-answer information access.
- Develop and optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, and quality.
- Extend agent capabilities across calls, messaging, and email with shared memory and state.
- Build memory systems that support reasoning across complete customer workflows.
- Improve observability and tracing for unsuccessful interactions.
- Help agents select the appropriate communication channel for each interaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and owning production product features and distributed systems.
- Production backend experience with Python, FastAPI, or TypeScript, plus full-stack frontend and backend experience.
- Experience with real-time audio or voice infrastructure, AI agents or LLMs, and asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong software fundamentals, product judgment, and a bias toward action and business outcomes.
- Familiarity with React, Vite, TanStack, Node.js, Temporal or other workflow orchestration tools, communication integrations, and observability tools is valuable.
Benefits
- €85,000 to €160,000 annual compensation plus equity.
