Responsibilities
- Speak with customers and translate their needs into product direction and system architecture.
- Build full-stack features combining user interfaces, LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
- Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of production AI features.
- Turn prototypes into robust systems while balancing speed, quality, and scale.
- Contribute to technical vision and product strategy while owning projects from architecture through iteration.
- Debug production systems using metrics and tracing across asynchronous workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Production experience with LLM-powered features, including prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context window management, and error recovery.
- Proficiency with React, MongoDB schema design, distributed systems, and serverless infrastructure.
- Hands-on familiarity with vector stores, embedding pipelines, and AI evaluation or validation approaches.
- A record of taking technical projects from architecture through delivery and improving products based on user feedback.
- Interest or experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with comfort working directly with customers.
