Software Engineer MTS
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Unify data from osquery, device management tooling, network logs, and other systems into Salesforce Data360 under senior-engineer guidance.
- Build Agentforce and Data360 Workflows automations to improve the employee experience.
- Write and maintain automations using Python, Swift, and Go on MuleSoft and AWS platforms.
- Integrate systems using Jamf, Workspace One UEM, FleetDM, SCCM, and Intune APIs.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot AWS serverless infrastructure, including Lambda, API Gateway, and Fargate.
- Partner with peer IT teams on integration and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of AI technologies and interest in applying them to automation.
- Some experience with Salesforce and Data360/Data Cloud or equivalent platforms.
- Solid understanding of SOAP and REST APIs and system integration.
- Some experience with cloud and serverless environments, preferably AWS.
- A related technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: proficiency in BASH, ZSH, PowerShell, or Python.
- Preferred: familiarity with MuleSoft, CI/CD workflows, API interactions, Slack applications, and other automation tools.
