Base Salary
$167k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex GAIL and Go-Live Support engagements, including enterprise deployments, escalations, and high-stakes go-lives.
- Own and evolve deployment playbooks, standards, required gates, and prescribed sequences across the program.
- Build, maintain, and expand shared GAIL tooling and reusable deployment patterns.
- Mentor and onboard incoming GAIL engineers through shadowing, coaching, and structured ramp-up.
- Capture deployment lessons in the knowledge base and drive quality standards across the GAIL practice.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and field signals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, ideally combining enterprise product development with customer or field delivery.
- Strong JavaScript skills plus Java, Python, or an equivalent additional programming language, with experience shipping production-quality solutions.
- Experience deploying or integrating AI features and GenAI models, including Now Assist, AI Agents, or equivalent platforms, in real customer environments.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and tuning non-deterministic outputs for reliable, production-grade results.
- Ability to establish and apply deployment standards, build shared tooling, mentor engineers, and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.

- Base pay of $166,500-$291,400, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
