Responsibilities

Build connections between Watershed and client systems and configure Watershed to meet client goals.
Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, including scripts for creating and managing data connections.
Analyze complex datasets and create client dashboards and reports.
Consult with clients on goals and best practices for learning data ecosystems.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the technology team on product changes.
Develop automation and deployment workflows, including Jenkins-based workflows, to improve efficiency.
Occasionally contribute updates to Watershed’s core product.
Build client relationships, represent the company publicly, and identify expansion opportunities.
Train clients to use Watershed effectively.

At least 3 years of hands-on programming experience, ideally with Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, and software automation tools.
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.
Ability to translate client challenges into actionable technical solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
Experience with Python and Java development.
Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
Familiarity with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON is a plus.
Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, analytical, ownership, initiative, organization, and teamwork skills.

Fully remote position open to candidates based in the US or UK.
Preferred working hours cover most of the US business day to support North American customers.
Occasional international travel to the United States may be required for client implementations, team onsites, and training.
Occasional client meetings may occur during core business hours across US/UK time zones.
