Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available full-stack solutions for Microsoft Advertising CRM platforms.
- Build web applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using Azure technologies for sales enablement and advertiser lifecycle management.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform to deliver customer engagement, workflow automation, and business process solutions.
- Help modernize the CRM ecosystem and transform OneCRM into TrueCRM through improved user experiences.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities including Copilot experiences, intelligent recommendations, conversational workflows, predictive insights, and automation.
- Build backend services, distributed systems, APIs, and data platforms using Azure cloud services.
- Drive code reviews, testing automation, observability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, and engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Mentor engineers and evaluate emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Copilot extensibility, and intelligent automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred full-stack development experience with C#, .NET, React/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
- Preferred experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including microservices, distributed systems, and data platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of software design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Preferred experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions, Copilot experiences, intelligent automation, or Generative AI capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are preferred.
Benefits
- Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated U.S. Microsoft office or a 25-mile commute of a designated non-U.S. location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026, subject to local law and jurisdictional variation.
