Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical architecture, security framework, and integration landscape for the o9 EOP platform.
Design and govern integrations between o9, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Trade Promotion Management, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other applications.
Define security, data governance, access control, role-based security, encryption, network security, and compliance standards.
Evaluate self-hosted and o9-managed cloud hosting options across NALA, MEU, and AMEA.
Collaborate with o9, DevOps, SAP CoE, enterprise architecture, business, and regional teams to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
Lead architecture reviews, governance activities, technical risk mitigation, go-live readiness, and subsequent wave rollouts.
Produce architecture blueprints, integration specifications, and technical documentation.
Assess the applicability of o9 Agentic AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics capabilities to planning processes.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT or technology roles, including at least five years in solution architecture.
Experience delivering enterprise platform implementations with complex integration landscapes.
Experience with o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, or equivalent supply chain planning platforms; hands-on o9 configuration, data models, and APIs are advantageous.
Deep SAP integration architecture experience, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BW/4HANA.
Experience designing API-based, event-driven, and middleware integrations such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and experience evaluating enterprise SaaS hosting models.
Knowledge of IAM, data encryption, network security, cloud security frameworks, and enterprise security architecture.
Understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, financial integration, and Trade Promotion Management workflows.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical engineering discipline.
Solution architecture certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable; SAP and o9 certifications are advantageous.
Experience in global CPG, FMCG, or manufacturing organizations and the ability to work across regional teams and vendors are preferred.

Full-time regular employment with flexible working arrangements aligned with Mondelēz policy.
Occasional travel may be required for regional deployments across NALA, MEU, and AMEA.
Ability to accommodate cross-regional time zones is required.
No relocation support is available.
