Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share development best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align application development with business objectives.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges while delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Kinaxis.
- Proficiency in Kinaxis and experience designing and configuring applications for complex business workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and application development best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- 15 years of full-time education.
