Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and operators to build driver earnings infrastructure and products.
- Design and analyze experiments, communicate results, and act on launch decisions.
- Work with Driver Experience and Marketplace partners to make earnings-related data available and usable across systems.
- Develop tooling that makes driver earnings configuration changes easier.
- Lead multiple work streams that improve the driver experience and increase adoption and usage of Lyft.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to write structured, efficient queries on large datasets.
- Programming experience, especially in Python and/or Golang; these languages are preferred but not required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners.
- Advanced degrees are preferred.
