Base Salary

$158k - $214k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, test, and deploy data-intensive analytical products for cross-channel advertising measurement.
  • Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Spark, Scala, EMR, Redshift, S3, and Elasticsearch.
  • Develop and maintain JVM-based services and React user interfaces for analytics and recommendations.
  • Architect scalable solutions to complex distributed data and engineering problems.
  • Introduce processes and technologies that improve data infrastructure and product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable solutions for analytical challenges.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 1 year of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
  • Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred qualifications include 3+ years covering the full software development lifecycle and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
