Base Salary
$156k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features spanning frontend, real-time systems, and backend infrastructure.
- Build data pipelines and internal tools for adding data sources and maintaining sector coverage.
- Improve agentic parsing and extraction systems for reliable production use.
- Own the full development lifecycle, including data inspection, QA, instrumentation, shipping, monitoring, debugging, and production fixes.
- Integrate new data sources, improve system speed or reliability, build a company ontology, and ship an initial core product module.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of professional experience building, shipping, and operating production systems end to end.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI or LLM-based applications in production.
- Full-stack experience with Python backend development using FastAPI or an equivalent framework, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience developing data infrastructure and pipelines, including ETL, data modeling, and SQL.
- Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and debugging distributed systems, plus AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Experience with real-time data systems and streaming updates.
- Strong judgment in choosing between agentic reasoning and deterministic logic.
- US citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Capital markets, equity research, financial services, dbt, columnar stores, or vector databases are bonus qualifications.
Benefits
- Base salary of $156,000 to $182,000 USD annually.
