Base Salary

$89k - $150k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage enterprise platforms and frameworks for process, case, and work management.
  • Design, develop, and support shared technology services used across the enterprise.
  • Write application code and unit tests while working with API specifications and automation.
  • Contribute as a core member of an agile team using current development practices.
  • Identify opportunities to adopt and optimally use new technologies.
  • Design and implement large-scale platforms with high resiliency, availability, reliability, throughput, and performance.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Experience with LLM models and prompt engineering.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale platforms.
  • Strong experience building high-throughput and high-performance applications.
  • Preferred experience with microservices architectures and service mesh technologies.
  • A BS or MS in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical discipline is preferred.
  • Experience with process management, case management, work management, automation, cognitive OCR, or AI/ML is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with some or all of JavaScript, NextJS, API design and development, relational and graph databases, Java, Python, Go, React, Envoy, gRPC, ProtoBuf, JSON, CouchBase, Cassandra, Redis, Consul, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Elastic Stack is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and articulate solutions, learn new technologies, and demonstrate analytical, business analysis, and product knowledge competencies.
