Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex and large-scale security projects from overall design through completion.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across executives and multiple client departments.
- Provide deep expertise in Microsoft products and connect technical implementation with customer business value.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members.
- Promote standardization to improve delivery quality across the organization.
- Design and implement security solutions spanning cyber defense, digital identity, data protection, and cloud security.
Requirements
- Demonstrate technical excellence and leadership in security project delivery.
- Have or develop deep expertise in relevant Microsoft products and security technologies.
- Be able to lead architecture design through implementation autonomously.
- Build trusted relationships and collaborate flexibly with clients and diverse stakeholders.
- Show intellectual curiosity and willingness to continually learn cloud, AI, and next-generation security technologies.
- Prioritize customer success and create value beyond completing assigned tasks.
