Full-stack Java & React Software Engineer III

- Design and develop scalable, resilient systems using Java.
- Execute software design, development, technical troubleshooting, and production support.
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain application algorithms.
- Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts while meeting software design constraints.
- Analyze large, diverse data sets and develop visualizations and reporting to improve applications and systems.
- Identify data patterns and hidden problems to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Use authorized AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, troubleshooting, and documentation, validating outputs through review, testing, and secure coding practices.
- Contribute to engineering communities of practice, emerging-technology events, and an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Hands-on practical experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, React, and REST services.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Jira.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database-querying languages.
- Experience supporting production issues.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices, CI/CD, automated quality gates, and release pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, and security expectations, with the ability to guide peers.
- U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based immigration sponsorship and OPT/CPT sponsorship are not provided.
