Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Map customer workflows into automation roadmaps and deliver impactful demos.
- Construct working POCs quickly to influence deal trajectories.
- Engage with IT, HR, and finance stakeholders to build trust and drive sales.
- Architect AI-powered workflows and manage integrations for scalable go-lives.
- Track ROI post-launch and serve as a technical advisor for customer strategy.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on field learnings and customer needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions roles.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex problems.
- Experience in building solutions from scratch and understanding system functionalities.
- A collaborative mindset with a sense of responsibility towards customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn quickly across multiple domains and contribute to product experiences.
