Base Salary
$137k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the core infrastructure, services, and SDKs for AI workflows.
- Collaborate with Applied Scientists and Data Scientists to create production-grade AI services.
- Design robust data pipelines for RAG systems with Data Engineers.
- Act as a technical consultant for engineering teams onboarding AI use cases.
- Design and document public AI interfaces for internal users.
- Work with Site Reliability Engineers to ensure stable AI application delivery.
- Develop comprehensive test cases for AI models and workflows.
Requirements
- Expert-level API and service development in Python and/or Go.
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements across various domains.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native principles and security practices.
- Experience monitoring AI performance using tools like Sentry or DataDog.
- Proficiency in container-based development with Docker and Git.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
