Responsibilities
- Embed in a business function to map workflows, identify pain points, and define practical AI use cases.
- Design, prototype, test, and deploy AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions within sprint cycles.
- Build solutions using Microsoft AI platforms, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, automation tooling, and custom development.
- Integrate solutions into existing enterprise workflows, APIs, data sources, and workflow platforms.
- Drive user adoption, gather feedback, improve deployed solutions, and contribute scalable engineering practices.
- Bridge business stakeholders, data teams, and platform partners while communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or a closely related technical role.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in real business settings.
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-based architectures, orchestration, and agent-based systems.
- Experience integrating enterprise APIs, data sources, and workflow platforms.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to business and leadership audiences and drive adoption of delivered solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, M365, Power Platform, Python, JavaScript, technical consulting, solutions architecture, customer-facing engineering, change enablement, user adoption, or process redesign.
