Base Salary
$129k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain custom test frameworks for primary analysis software.
- Adapt tests to support software changes and evolving analysis capabilities.
- Identify testing gaps and develop new tests to improve reliability and coverage.
- Investigate test failures, triage issues, and collaborate with developers to diagnose root causes.
- Maintain clear, documented, reproducible, and long-term maintainable tests.
Requirements
- Develop production-quality code using Python or C#.
- Have familiarity with CI/CD tools, workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Have prior experience writing and maintaining automation for complex systems.
- Have 5+ years of professional experience developing production-ready software code and tests.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
