Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and enhance components within Adobe Experience Manager Sites environments.
- Integrate AEM with backend services and APIs to deliver dynamic user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in AEM applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices and coordinate technical objectives with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members and support iterative software delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong experience developing and customizing components in Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in content management systems.
- Understanding of integrating AEM with backend services and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AEM application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks.
