Responsibilities
- Design architecture for automated process design and execution in the Agentic Playbook platform.
- Build scalable, highly interactive web-based application user interfaces.
- Create reusable tools, libraries, and frameworks for other developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and improve platform features.
- Improve application development and deployment processes and platform functionality.
- Drive complex technical initiatives from design through delivery.
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge-sharing, engineering excellence, and technical standards.
- Apply AI-assisted and agentic development capabilities while preserving quality, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience building scalable software applications using Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend engineering practices.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar user-interface frameworks.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and performance optimization.
- Experience building reusable and maintainable systems and components for large-scale applications.
- Ability to solve significant technical problems with broad impact across teams or product areas.
- Expertise in architecture, technical strategy, and driving complex initiatives from design through delivery.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing engineering excellence through reviews, standards, and technical leadership.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve development workflows and productivity.
- Good judgment when applying emerging agentic development capabilities without compromising quality, security, or maintainability.
- Strong analytical and software design skills.
