Base Salary

$180k - $410k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery sessions, AI readiness assessments, workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures, implementation roadmaps, solution frameworks, playbooks, and reference architectures.
  • Build proof-of-concepts and reference implementations for agentic AI solutions and enterprise integrations.
  • Create and deliver interactive client demonstrations using the Kyndryl Agentic Framework.
  • Produce project estimates covering effort, cost, risk, timeline, and team composition.
  • Develop Statements of Work, RFP responses, technical proposals, MVP scopes, and phased delivery plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and legal teams and own technical due diligence for new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic AI applications in production.
  • Experience in client-facing advisory or pre-sales architecture roles and delivering live technical demos.
  • Deep expertise with at least one agentic framework, such as LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Strong Python proficiency; TypeScript and Node.js experience is a plus.
  • Experience with vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or Chroma, plus embedding pipelines.
  • Ability to scope and estimate complex agentic AI projects and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, GDPR, CCPA, enterprise security requirements, AI governance, and AI risk management.
  • Preferred qualifications include management consulting or professional services experience, relevant industry background, and AWS, Azure, GCP Solutions Architect, or Google PDE certification.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
